DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION POLICY
Taturana's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy is part of our commitment to building fairer practices and relationships, both inside and outside the organization. It is a document that guides our day-to-day actions, permeates our projects and programs, our choice of partners and the way we relate to the people who are part of our organization and network.
Our work is to address inequalities—in access, in representation, and in how stories are told and shared. And that starts here, in our structures, with affirmative, reparative, and intentional actions.
